Your privacy is sacred to us. We promise to never sell, rent or spam your contact information.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific purposes stated below only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Services;

  • To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  • To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Maze Apothecary ships USPS Domestically. USPS Priority Orders come with $100 Insurance included. If you would like more insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order. First Class Shipping does not come with Insurance. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you would like to purchase insurance.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items purchased may be on backorder and delayed. In-house processing time will vary by season. Expect 5-10 business days on average. During peak seasons, processing time may be approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon shipping, you will be emailed with a tracking number. Addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. A new order must be placed. We will cancel or refund minus shipping cost if item has been shipped. If you would like to expedite your order, or need it by a certain date, please contact us to make arrangements before placing your order. We try to accommodate every request. Expedited orders shipping 2nd day Expedited Priority will ship upon this time frame post standard production time. Please contact us before placing you order if overnight shipping is needed or we may not be able to guarantee it's on time arrival. Please note deliveries are not guaranteed on weekends or holidays. If you see your order has been shipped, however your order is lost in the mail, please contact the USPS and begin a claim before contacting us.

INTERNATIONAL
​

International orders ship via USPS unless you choose another option at check out. International Priority/Priority Express come with $100 US insurance. International First Class DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE. If you would like additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order. Processing time is up to 10 business days or more depending on the Customs policies of you region. This does not include U.S. observed holidays. For tracking information please visit usps.com with the tracking number provided to you via email upon shipment. Once the order has left the United States processing centers, we are unable to see or track it's progress. If you need to see tracking the entire time from the US to it's destination, please contact us before placing your order. Please allow 15 business days for delivery transit time. Lovelane is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. If a package is marked delivered we are unable to contact your local postal service and filing claims are the responsibility of recipient. We are not responsible for replacing international packages marked delivered.

ITEMS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
​

 If your package is damaged, you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is lost, we must wait 21 days within the US and 45 days internationally before a claim can be started. Once an insurance claim has been resolved, a new item will be created and shipped at no cost to you.

CUSTOM ORDERS 
​

As all of our products are handmade, any custom order is non-returnable and non-exchangable. Custom orders take 2 weeks on average, however can take up to 4 weeks to process before being shipped. They can be exchanged for shop credit.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN
​

We do not accept returns of times from collaborations. all sales are final.

​

COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTS
​

Coupon codes cannot be combined. Coupon codes cannot be used on already discounted items in the store. Coupon codes do not apply toward custom items or past purchases.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time, so please review this page frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
